Which size should I pick?
M (37 × 37 cm) fits kittens, petite cats and toy breeds. L (44 × 44 cm) fits most adult cats and small dogs like Pomeranians. Between sizes? Go for L.
Will my pet actually stay in it?
Most pets settle in once they realise they can see out. Start with short trips around the house, bring treats, and build up to walks outside.
Is it safe?
Every PawBag has a safety cord with a metal clip inside. Clip it to your pet's harness (not the collar), keep a hand on the bag in busy places, and never leave your pet in it alone. It's a shoulder carrier for walks and errands, not a car seat or an airline carrier.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free. Most orders arrive in 7–15 business days, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as yours ships.
How do I clean it?
Spot-clean the bag with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air-dry. Brush the plush character gently to fluff it back up.
